Beverly Nix, Chief Executive Officer

Beverly Nix has served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SHARP since its inception in 1993. Under her guidance SHARP has grown from zero to 225,000 plus covered lives within Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri. The service area has grown from 3 counties to 22 counties in Arkansas and added providers in Tennessee and Missouri.
Beverly performs such duties as determined by the Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors. She oversees all aspects of the organization on a day to day basis. Responsibilities include: business development, client relationships, staffing requirements, sales and marketing, employer data reporting, medical management program and having an extensive knowledge of the evolving health care industry and the implications to the providers and employers.
Beverly received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Arkansas State University and she has her masters degree in Healthcare Administration.
Beverly performs volunteer work for many local community and professional organizations. She is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is on the Arkansas Board of Directors for The American Red Cross--Blood Services, Arkansas State University Research & Development Institute Board of Directors (2012), St. Bernards Women's Advisory Board--Past Chairman and the St. Bernards Healthcare Advisory Board. Beverly serves on the ASU Chancellor's Cabinet, JEDC, Jonesboro Unlimited, Metropolitan Area Planning Commissioner (2012), The Foundation of Arts Finance Committee, Jonesboro Vision 2030 and the Jonesboro Business and Professional Women's Organization.
Beverly has been honored as the Jonesboro Business Woman of the Year twice, once in 1991 and again in 2002. She was inducted into the Legacy Society at ASU in 2010. Beverly served on the ASU Systems Presidential Search Committee in 2010.

Lisa Graves, Chief Operating Officer

Lisa Graves is the Chief Operating Officer and has been with SHARP since October 1994. Lisa is involved in the development and delivery of SHARP’s external services such as provider services programs, claims repricing and medical management as well as the internal organizational needs including information systems, data reporting/analysis, staffing and finances. She is responsible for the oversight of functions, planning, managing, budgeting and maintaining administrative controls and assists the CEO regarding the daily operations of the organization.
Lisa holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Arkansas State University and volunteers with several organizations which include the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House of St. Bernards, Women’s Advisory Council of the St. Bernards Development Foundation, Cardiology Associates Foundation Education Committee and the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the ASU Committee and as a Goodwill Ambassador. Lisa is a graduate of Leadership Jonesboro and has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Jonesboro Jaycees, American Red Cross – Disaster Services Chapter, Jonesboro City, Water and Light, Dyeann’s House, Clopton Clinic Foundation, Women’s Advisory Council of the St. Bernards Development Foundation and Nettleton Band Boosters.

Trish Chandler, Medical Management/Certified HIPAA Professional

Trish Chandler is the Medical Management Manager and Privacy Officer for SHARP. Trish has been endorsed by the American Hospital Association for her HIPAA Academy training as a Certified HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Academy Professional (CHP). She is one of only five Certified HIPAA professionals in Arkansas and one of 19 in the Arkansas, Tennessee and Missouri region. Trish provides HIPAA Privacy and Security consulting services to the community through SHARP. She is credentialed to provide HIPAA training for physician offices, healthcare facilities and other businesses, helping them ensure they comply with HIPAA laws. HIPAA issues relate to the Privacy and Security of Protected Health Information (PHI). Trish is responsible for the service delivery of SHARP’svalue-added, cost-saving provider programs and medical management services such as precertification, case management and referral management needs. Trish has been with SHARP since August 2000.
Trish earned a degree in Theology from Ambassador University in Texas. From 1995 to 2000 she worked as a Physician Practice Startup Specialist for a Health System in Nashville, TN. Trish is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Jonesboro and is involved in several community organizations.

Kristie Hill, Provider Relations Manager

Kristie Hill, the Provider Relations Manager, is responsible for the credentialing of SHARP’s provider network, which includes participating physicians, allied providers and facilities. She is responsible for maintaining SHARP’s credentialing standards in accordance to NCQA and payor delegated credentialing contract standards. Kristie also conducts the provider site visit and medical record audits as a part of ensuring SHARP network quality standards. Kristie volunteers at the Hispanic Center and is currently on the Board of Directors. She is a Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce Member and has been in the “Leadership Jonesboro Class”. She participates in the Women’s Advisory Council of St. Bernards Development Foundation and is a Director of the Democratic Women of Craighead County. Kristie is a past Chairman of the American Red Cross and a recipient of the American Red Cross “Clara Barton Honor Award.” She is also a past President of the Business and Professional Women’s Organization where she was honored as the “Women of the Year”. Kristie has also served as the past President of the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund.
Prior to joining SHARP, Kristie spent 20 years in the banking industry and 10 years in mortgage lending.
