Board of Directors

The Board of Directors for SHARP are comprised of physicians, hospital representatives, the Medical Director(s) and the CEO of the organization. The Board of Directors is the governing body of SHARP and reports to the members that they serve. The Board also, selects and appoints a chief executive officer to whom responsibility for the administration of SHARP is delegated. Among the Board of Directors objectives are: effective organizational planning, resource management, establishment and observation of the programs and services of the organization and assess the organizations performance. The SHARP Board of Directors have a vision of what great healthcare should look like, and it is with their guidance that SHARP is able to turn this vision into action.

Meetings are held second Tuesday bi-monthly at SHARP unless otherwise noted.
